How long will it take to receive my order?


Shipping Information Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday). Our platters, baskets and boxes are made fresh to order. This process requires time. Orders generally arrive within two (2) days of being shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incorrect or incomplete. Additional shipping charges may be applied for redelivery. We pay special attention to every order, quality matters to us and we create to impress every time and deliver happiness in a box! New York State Residents subject to applicable State sales tax.

May I cancel my order? What about refunds?


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement unless it has already been shipped. Please email info@thatsweetbox.com to cancel an order. We do not provide refunds. If product is damaged we will exchange.




I have common food allergies. Should I be concerned?


Yes! Our chocolate products share equipment with products that may contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg and wheat and may have been (or could have been) cross- contaminated with these allergens.




What is the best way to store chocolate?


Store chocolate at room temperature in a dark place with good air circulation; the refrigerator is not recommended although if your kitchen is particularly hot and humid, it might be your only choice.
